This Privacy Policy explains how LeadsToClose (“LeadsToClose,” “we,” “us”), operated by Orbit Leads, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the LeadsToClose app and website (the “Service”). LeadsToClose is a customer relationship and lead-management tool for real estate professionals. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email, phone, license and brokerage details, service areas (territories), and payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

Contacts and leads you add: as part of the CRM, you may upload or enter contact and lead information (such as names, emails, phone numbers, and notes). You control this data and are responsible for having the right to provide it and to contact those individuals.

Usage & device data that helps the Service function, and a push token if you enable notifications.

How we use information

To provide and operate the CRM, deliver and route leads to your territories, process subscriptions and payments, send you service and product notifications, provide support, secure and improve the Service, and comply with the law.

Your role for contact data you upload

For contacts and leads you add to your account, you are the data controller and LeadsToClose acts as your processor — we handle that data on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable marketing, calling, and texting laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do-Not-Call rules) when you contact those people.

How we share information

Service providers that host, process payments, email/text, analyze, and support the Service under confidentiality obligations. Lead routing: where the Service delivers a consumer lead to you, the consumer’s details are shared with you as the assigned professional. Legal reasons when required. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Communications & choices

We send account, transactional, and product emails, and (where you provide a number) texts. You can opt out of marketing messages via the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP, and manage push notifications in your device settings. You may request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting us.

Retention & security

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable measures to protect information, though no system is completely secure.

Children & California rights

The Service is for professionals 18 and older. California residents may request to know, access, or delete their personal information and to opt out of certain sharing; we do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
