Terms of Use

LeadsToClose is a subscription-based customer relationship and lead-management tool for real estate professionals. It helps you organize contacts, manage territories, and receive and work leads. LeadsToClose is not a real estate broker and is not a party to any transaction between you and a consumer or another professional.

You must be a real estate professional, at least 18, and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your information, keeping your account secure, and all activity under it.

Paid features — including territory subscriptions — are billed through our payment provider on the terms shown at purchase and renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Where a referral fee applies to a lead you accept, the applicable percentage is disclosed and is payable on a closed transaction under a separate referral agreement signed by your broker.

You retain ownership of the contacts, leads, and content you add. You grant us a license to host and process it to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to provide that data, and you are solely responsible for your own compliance with all applicable laws when you contact people, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do-Not-Call rules.

Don’t misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful or infringing data, sending unlawful communications, scraping, reverse-engineering, interfering with the Service, or reselling it without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Leads, data, and other content are provided for business use and are not guaranteed as to volume, quality, accuracy, or outcome. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit Leads and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any consumer or third party. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept the changes.
